It is a rare Kamairicha tea in Shizuoka.
The varieties are traditional, such as Surugawase and Oolong tea, which have a unique aroma that is different from that of Kamairicha in the grave because they are roasted in a pot after wilting the fresh leaves.
It has a fragrant and refreshing taste. In China, this method is common for green tea.
